To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: WayWin reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the Account will be suspended and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
You may hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, legal referral.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Information must match the identity documents you may be required to produce during KYC verification. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. WayWin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify WayWin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance (subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via an available payment method. Bonus Funds that are not yet unlocked are forfeited upon closure.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the originating account belongs to someone other than the registered Account holder — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
WayWin may offer deposit options familiar to Pakistani users, including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and digital payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. References to these payment services are contextual only. WayWin does not claim affiliation, endorsement or partnership with any of these providers. The availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed within the live cashier at the time of deposit.
WayWin does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
Funds deposited into your WayWin Account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. WayWin does not pay interest on Account balances.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. WayWin reserves the right to request withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable. Withdrawal amounts are disbursed in PKR or the currency of the Account, as applicable.

WayWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect Users who have already met the conditions necessary to trigger the offer.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WayWin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that this Platform is not licensed under Pakistani law and that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over WayWin. WayWin makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan.
